OCVA Member Cities

OCVA "member cities" are cities that have passed charter changes allowing their citizens to vote on annexations.  To find out how you can add your city to this list, please see this page.

OCVA's 31 member cities represent over 515,000 people.  That's over 12½% of the cities in Oregon and more than 20% of its population!
